Compensation equals base salary, unlimited commission and possible bonus. Base salary is commensurate with your experience.
Job duties:
Understand and implement sales process from conduct client prospecting to products deliveryExcel strategies to achieve sales increaseStay tuned on up-to-date products and market trendsMaintain a high level of customer satisfactionAccomplish monthly quota and maintain long-term relationship with clientsComfortable to make cold calls and outdoor visiting encouraged, or join trade showsAbility to demonstrate quality of selling productsActively resolve customer complaints
Job qualifications:
Self-motivated individuals comfortable to work independentlyStrong communication skills Benefits: 7 days paid time off including vacation/ sick days/ personal days after probation period
Commission: 1-3% based on the sales volume after finishing monthly quota
Health insurance: offered after 90 days from the hiring date
