Your responsibilities
Advise HR stakeholders on the digital transformation of Talent Management, Succession Planning and Employee Development processes.Drive the integration and optimization of Talent Management processes, fostering seamless connections between succession, development, performance and skills management.Configure, implement and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, with a strong focus on Succession & Development.Design solutions and ensure the implementation of HR technology best practices.Drive initiatives related to Skills Management, Skills Taxonomies and the development of skills-based organizations.Support testing, deployment, change management, user adoption and continuous process improvement. Several years of professional experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, with a strong focus on Talent Management.Solid understanding of HR processes and experience translating business requirements into effective system solutions.Strong consulting, analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders across HR, IT and business functions.Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.A high level of English is required.
