About this role
The Loading Bay Supervisor will be a role model to ensure the exceptional DO & CO quality is delivered on time with maximum efficiency in accordance with customer requirementsControlling all daily activities such as pick up times, truck checks according to manifest, working accurately under tight deadlinesEnsuring flights loaded onto correct trucks as per allocation sheetWorking closely with Transport and Dispatch department to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of goods to aircrafts Ensuring operations adhere to all SOP’s and all relevant Critical Control Points, Health and Safety, Food safety and all legal requirementsProviding reports on productivity and other performance indicators to management Driving success by proactively managing team performance, provide development and succession planning opportunities Well presented, professional individual with a can-do, positive attitude that indulges in team successGreat communication skills and works well in a large team, while being ready to roll up your sleeves and do what is needed to give our partners a great service.Build strong relationships with DO & CO Family members, creating a team spirit, encouraging everyone around you to be at their bestStrong, dependable DO & CO Family member that will happily join and assist your team to maintain the high DO & CO standards at any given momentYou will be someone with great communication skills, written and verbal English, and works well in a team, while being ready to roll up your sleeves and do what is needed to give our partners great service.Flexible in the way you think, making decisions efficiently and handling change to ensure everything we do is right for our partnersEnergy and drive to deliver results beyond expectations and have a problem-solving mentalityAmbition and self-motivation to want to grow a career within Transport and LogisticsExperience of being part of a large team in a fast-paced environment within Transport and Logistics or the Catering industry We believe that our employees are the driving force behind our success and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
