Provide hands-on personal care and assist with self-care skills to clients in their homes.
Develop a successful interpersonal relationship with our clients.Assist our clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, light housekeeping, feeding and preparing meals.Follow infection control and safety measures when caring for clients.Recognize and report changes in client's condition and safety to care coordinatorsPositions Available:Days 7am to 7pm Saturday SundayNights 11 pm to 7 am. Saturday and SundayDays 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Thursday
At least one year of professional experience as a Caregiver and completion of an CNA courseLicensed CNA in the state of IllinoisTwo forms of ID such as Driver's License, State ID, Passport, Social Security CardGeneral Physical Examination and TB Test within last year or Chest X-RayCPR CertificationTwo Professional References All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
