We're looking for a motivated, quality-driven, light duty Janitor/Cleaner to join our team in the offices at the Canadian Forces Base in Shilo. The daytime shift is Saturday - Sunday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
Your work will include:
Maintaining the floors; vacuuming as needed and damp mopping small areas of hard surface floorsCleaning and sanitizing that includes washrooms, common and entrance areasReplenishing any used or missing supplies (toilet rolls, hand towels, hand soap)Dusting office cubiclesCleaning and polishing chrome and other polished metal surfacesSpot cleaning walls, partitions, light switches and doors, window sills WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Floor care experience an asset (able to scrub, buff and polish floors)Knowledge of stripping and waxing the floor is an assetAble to communicate with supervisor, client and general publicAble to work independently and as part of a teamPositive attitude and strong work ethicAble to lift up to 25 lbsWHIMIS certified (Training can be supplied)Finger print security clearance (provided by the company)Class 5 drivers license an asset, but not required WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
