The Janitorial Supervisor will provide oversight of all custodial services at CMI’s customer site in Washington, DC.
Key Job Functions
Responsible for ensuring buildings are in clean and orderly condition, to include all interior and exterior areas of the federal facilitySupervise all custodial staff and ensure proper coverage at all timesEnsure all supplemental services such as window washing, snow and ice removal are handled according to the customer requirements High school diploma; BA degree preferredAt least 3 years of experience managing custodial services at a multi-site federal facility totaling at least 1.7M square feet.Required to be fully conversant in EnglishStrong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional customer service skills COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS
