Provide technical leadership and guidance to the SAP IS-U development teamDesign and implement complex SAP IS-U solutions tailored to client needsCollaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical specificationsOversee the development, testing, and deployment of SAP IS-U modulesEnsure adherence to best practices and quality standards in all technical deliverablesMentor and coach junior team members on SAP IS-U technologies and methodologiesConduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code qualityTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in SAP IS-U implementationsStay updated on the latest SAP technologies and industry trendsLiaise with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide expert adviceContribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.Up to 10 years of experience in SAP IS-U development and solution architecture.Strong proficiency in ABAP and SAP development tools.In-depth knowledge of SAP modules related to Utilities (e.g., CCS, FICA, DM).Proven experience in solution design and problem-solving for complex environments.Familiarity with the Energy & Utilities market and GDPR compliance.Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP solutions.Understanding of local energy market regulations in Portugal.Strong leadership and team development capabilities.Spanish is a plus.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
