Design and develop fullstack applications using Java for backend services and React for frontend interfacesWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standardsDevelop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services seamlesslyCollaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutionsParticipate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members and implementing improvementsTroubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the entire stackContribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the teamEngage actively in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectivesStay current with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to fullstack development **Required Skills and Experience:**
+3 Years of experience as developerProven experience with Java programming and backend developmentStrong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScriptDemonstrated fullstack development experience with end-to-end project ownershipSolid understanding of RESTful API design and developmentExperience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL and NoSQL)Proficiency with version control systems, particularly GitFamiliarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies**Preferred Skills and Experience:**
