About this role
Working closely with the Group’s general management and in direct collaboration with all of the Group’s entities, the CEO office team participates in the development of the Group strategy and its execution driving key internal initiatives and steering the core Group governance instances (e.g. Steering Committee, Executive Committee).
As a Senior Group Strategy Analyst, you will play a key role in deploying Devoteam’s 4-year Strategic Plan. On a daily basis, you will interface directly with Country Managers and Business Unit Directors across 25+ countries.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Strategic Governance: Support General Management in planning and coordinating internal governance cadence aligned with the 4-year Strategic PlanMarket intelligence: Conduct market research and benchmarking exercises to identify high-potential expansion areas and structure new service offeringsData Modeling & Analytics: Gather and model data to guide executive decision-making on growth levers, new ventures and strategic partnershipsCross-Functional Alignment: Liaise with Group teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Finance, M&A) across all regions to align on local and Group existing and new business development initiativesStrategic Workshops: Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to stimulate general management reflection on new strategic initiativesThe role requires a high level of autonomy, analytical rigor and the ability to translate complex business topics into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
MSc in Business, Economics or Engineering3+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate finance or M&AStrong business acumen and ability to work effectively with senior stakeholdersExperience in leading strategic projects and cross-functional initiativesQuantitative and modelling skills, data analysis and forecastingProficient in the use of MS Office or G SuiteHands-on experience integrating GenAI tools into daily workflowsFluency in English and French is mandatory.
