Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environmentDesign and implement scalable frontend architecture for our e-commerce platform, ensuring performance, maintainability, and accessibilityEstablish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes across the frontend teamCollaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutionsConduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement in code qualityAnalyze and optimize application performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutionsStay current with emerging frontend technologies and evaluate their applicability to our platformDrive technical decision-making and contribute to the overall technology roadmap for retail and e-commerce initiativesParticipate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisionsSupport the recruitment and onboarding of new frontend team members 6-10 years of professional frontend development experience Strong hands-on experience with React and React Native in production environments4+ years of experience in a technical leadership or senior engineering role with team mentoring responsibilitiesStrong knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript.Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or similar.Familiarity with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps.Good understanding of: Microservices, Event-driven architectures, SQL / NoSQL databasesExperience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce platform development and retail technology solutionsProven ability to design scalable system architecture and make sound technical decisionsExperience with performance optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive designStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teamsExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plusNice to Have experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated environments.
