Administration and maintenance of opportunities and leads in Magenta-Force (Salesforce)Creation and processing of internal sales support orders using workflow tools (e.g. ZDF)Supporting the sales organization throughout the opportunity lifecycleUpdating opportunity status and sales activities based on input from Sales ExpertsPreparation and tracking of offers based on standardized templatesPreparation of commercial calculations and pricing sheets based on predefined standards and input from Sales ExpertsSupporting pricing and quotation processes for customer opportunitiesCoordination and tracking of smaller sales initiatives and bid activitiesSupporting order administration and purchasing processes including DealReg creationMonitoring open tasks and deadlines related to sales opportunitiesSupporting tender and procurement portals during bidding processesMaintaining internal tracking lists and sales-related documentationCoordinating onboarding and collaboration activities for internal bid teamsEnsuring accuracy and completeness of commercial data and deal-related documentation German and English language skills at minimum B2 level (spoken and written)Strong organizational and coordination skillsStructured and proactive way of workingAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in parallelStrong communication skills and willingness to work in international teamsGood knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and WordAffinity for numbers and analytical thinkingHigh attention to detail and quality orientationCustomer- and service-oriented mindsetBasic understanding of IT and/or Cyber Security topics Experience in sales support, bid management or back-office operationsExperience working with CRM systems such as SalesforceExperience with commercial calculations, pricing or quotation supportExperience in international corporate environmentsFamiliarity with procurement or tendering processesWhat our team can offer:
