About this role
We are looking for a highly skilled Process Optimization and Automation Manager with strong expertise in AI‑driven solution design and process transformation. In this role, you will lead the strategic modernization of Business Continuity Management (BCM) processes and broader Corporate Security workflows. Your mission is to transform manual or fragmented processes into automated, intelligent, future‑ready operational ecosystems—enhancing efficiency, decision‑making quality, and overall organizational resilience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end process modernization initiatives with a focus on AI and automationDesign and implement AI agents, intelligent assistants, and workflow automation solutionsDevelop automated capabilities such as dynamic documentation, reporting, and workflow updatesIdentify inefficiencies and redesign workflows to reduce manual effort and shorten decision cyclesIntegrate AI‑powered analytics and decision‑support tools into core processesDrive organization‑wide adoption of automation frameworks and AI‑enabled services University degree in Security Management, Informatics, Engineering, Economics, Cybersecurity, Project Management, or related fieldsBasic understanding of Business Continuity ManagementExperience in Information Security (advantageous but not a requirement)Experience working in international project environmentsProven track record in designing or implementing AI‑based, automated, or LLM‑enabled enterprise solutionsExcellent English proficiencyStrong teamwork, confidence, and clear communication skills German language skills are a strong plusAbility to translate process requirements into scalable AI‑supported solutionsStrong analytical and conceptual thinkingAbility to explain complex processes and AI concepts in an accessible wayProactive mindset with strong ownership and enthusiasm for innovationExperience leading cross‑departmental transformation initiatives
