As a Senior Customer Billing & Invoice Operations Specialist, you will ensure smooth and accurate billing, financial, and commercial processes across the cloud customer lifecycle.
You will act as a key interface between customers, Sales, Finance, Delivery, Operations, Partner Management, and other internal teams.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Managing Order-to-Cash and billing activities for cloud products and servicesEnsuring accurate and timely invoicing in line with contracts, consumption data, and internal policiesReviewing invoice quality, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating correctionsSupporting customer and partner onboarding into billing and operational processesProviding commercial and financial guidance to Sales and Bid teamsSupporting pricing, billing models, deal structures, and financial evaluationsEnsuring compliance with TSI governance and financial steering requirementsDriving process improvements, standardization, transparency, and audit readinessSupporting revenue assurance, profitability, and financial performance management Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Finance, or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of experience in billing, financial operations, invoice management, commercial operations, or cloud business managementStrong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and financial governanceExperience with cloud business models, consumption-based billing, and partner environmentsGood understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and hyperscaler ecosystems such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google CloudExperience working across Sales, Finance, Delivery, Operations, and Partner organizationsStrong knowledge of TSI processes and governance, ideally including AGP, SalSa, PSP Setup, TSI Delivery Model, Offering Elements, and Financial SteeringStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsIndependent, structured, and solution-oriented way of workingGerman and English at C1 level What We Offer
