Obtained National Putonghua Proficiency Test Lv. B or above/ 已考獲普通話水平測試證書乙級或以上Obtained CE, BEd or any equivalent education background/ 持有教育局認可之幼兒教育證書(CE)或以上學歷Experienced ECE teacher is prefered/ 具幼兒教育經驗者優先 Commitment to working with young children with genuine love. Have a positive outlook and a warm and an optimistic personality.
Able to master new media tools/platforms and communication techniques.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build a trust relationship with the team, students and parents.
Ability to manage confrontation and challenging behavior.
Able to stay calm and be flexible in difficult situations.
High level of personal accountability.
