Loancrate builds AI-native tooling to automate mortgage origination (>$85B in loans powered; 80 people, $44M raised, fully remote). Comp: $150K-$350K + competitive equity. Location: Remote, US (US hours). Visa: Visa transfers only (OPT, H1B transfers).
