AIVC Studio: builds AI ventures from validated concepts to shipped products. Comp: $190K-$250K + Bonus, platform equity, studio fund participation, PE fund carry. Location: Hybrid, 3 days in office (21st & Broadway NYC or Chicago). Visa: Visa transfers (OPT, H1B). Responsibilities Build end-to-end agentic AI systems (agents, retrieval, orchestration, tools) for Studio ventures 0-to-1 through PMF Take a venture's first product from scope to ship, then harden for production Extract reusable primitives across builds Shape what gets built with product strategists and design partners Operate across different venture contexts; thrive in ambiguity Tech stack: Python, LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, RAG/retrieval, ML model serving, Eval & regression suites, CI/CD, Observability Source: https://www.paraform.com/share/aivc/cmtdf6zuv008q0dif35n7werz
