Deli Supervisor (Full-Time) SPAR Oranmor e SPAR Oranmore is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Deli Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the deli department, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high food safety standards, and supervising team members to deliver a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Supervise the daily operation of the deli department Lead and support deli team members Deliver excellent customer service at all times Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures Monitor product quality, freshness, and presentation standards Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management Support training and development of team members Ensure the deli department is clean, organised, and fully stocked Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally Work collaboratively with store management and other departments
