Key Responsibilities · 半導体製造装置の開発設計業務支援 · 要件の対象範囲を確実にするための設計/機能仕様のレビュー等の実施 · オフショア設計チームとの連携と支援（図面や文章の登録作業） · 見積り作成、Sales支援 · オフショアデザインセンターとの連携のブリッジ業務 · Support development and design activities for semiconductor manufacturing equipment · Conduct design and functional specification reviews to ensure alignment with defined requirements and scope · Collaborate with and support offshore design teams, including drawing and document registration activities · Prepare cost estimates and provide support for sales-related activities · Serve as a liaison between local teams and offshore design centers We are known for our extraordinary people who make the impossible possible every day. Work Experience ■必須要件■ Must Have · 産業機械、装置の様な複雑なものの機械設計/開発経験7年以上 · お客様の設計要求内容の理解 · 入力要求から最終製品リリースまでのプロジェクトに従事（入力収集、コンセプト設計、詳細設計、問題解決）。 · 機械工学レイアウト、詳細図面、難易度の高い仕様書の設計、開発、修正。 · 機械加工、板金、溶接、プラスチック部品の設計経験。 · アプリケーションに基づいたエンジニアリング材料と標準部品の選択。 · GD&Tと公差の知識。 · 3D CAD、複雑なアセンブリの2D図面、工業規格に準拠した製品のエンジニアリングドキュメンテーションの実務経験。 · Solid Edge/Solid works/Creo/UG/CatiaなどのCADツールの使用経験。 · 製造プロセス、変更管理プロセス、PLMツールの知識がある。 · エンジニアリング上の問題特定と、限られた監督下での様々な機械的問題のトラブルシューティング · 7+ years of experience in mechanical design and development of complex industrial machinery and equipment. · Understanding of customer design requirements. · Experience involved in projects from requirement capture through final product release, including concept design, detailed design, and problem-solving. · Experience in designing, developing, and modifying mechanical layouts, detailed drawings, and complex engineering specifications. · Experience in the design of machined, sheet metal, welded, and plastic components. · Knowledge of selecting engineering materials and standard components based on application requirements. · Knowledge of GD&T and engineering tolerances. · Hands-on experience with 3D CAD, 2D drawings for complex assemblies, and engineering documentation compliant with industry standards. · Experience using CAD tools such as Solid Edge, SolidWorks, Creo, NX (UG), and CATIA. · Knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering change management, and PLM tools. · Ability to identify engineering issues and troubleshoot a variety of mechanical problems with limited supervision. ■尚可要件■ Good to Have · 半導体およびLCD製造装置、メディカル装置の機械設計経験 · Solid Edge/ Solid works 、NX の経験 · Teamcenterの使用経験 · 半導体装置産業に関する安全基準に精通していること。 · 真空技術、熱力学、プロセスチャンバー、流体力学、空気圧学、ポンプ、ゲージ、気体/液体フローシステム、産業オートメーションの経験があれば尚可。 · メカトロニクス、システムインテグレーション、プロダクトオーナーシップの知識。 · グローバルチームや利害関係者とやり取りできる優れたコミュニケーションスキル。 · Mechanical design experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, LCD manufacturing equipment, and medical devices. · Experience with Solid Edge, SolidWorks, and NX. · Experience using Teamcenter. · Familiarity with safety standards for the semiconductor equipment industry. · Experience with vacuum technology, thermodynamics, process chambers, fluid systems, pneumatics, pumps, gauges, gas/liquid flow systems, and industrial automation is a plus. · Knowledge of mechatronics, system integration, and product ownership. Good communication skills and the ability to work with global teams and stakeholders
