Global Senior Commissioning ManagerWe are seeking a Global Senior Commissioning Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE, with responsibility for commissioning operations across Asia, Europe, and North America. This is a unique opportunity to lead the commissioning and startup of large-scale, mission-critical data center facilities, ensuring performance validation, operational readiness, and compliance with global industry standards.
Key Accountabilities:
• Lead end-to-end data center commissioning strategy and execution. • Manage FAT, SAT, functional testing, and Integrated Systems Testing (IST). • Ensure seamless integration of MEP, electrical, controls, and IT systems. • Establish commissioning processes, documentation, and quality standards. • Drive compliance with Uptime Institute, TIA-942, ASHRAE, ISO, NFPA, and IEEE standards. • Oversee client handover and operational readiness. • Validate system reliability through redundancy, failover, and performance testing. • Identify risks, resolve system issues, and implement corrective actions. • Collaborate with operations and facilities teams for smooth transition to live operations. • Leverage BIM, automation, and AI-driven analytics to enhance commissioning performance.
Qualification & Experience:
• 20+ years of experience in commissioning data center, industrial, or mission-critical MEP and power systems. • Proven leadership in end-to-end commissioning strategies for large-scale, high-availability infrastructure. • Strong expertise in integrated systems testing (IST), factory acceptance testing (FAT), and site acceptance testing (SAT). • Deep understanding of MEP commissioning, critical cooling, power distribution, and automation systems. • Experience with Uptime Institute Tier Certifications, TIA-942, ASHRAE, NFPA 70E, and global commissioning standards. • Hands-on experience in load bank testing, thermal performance validation, and power continuity analysis. • Strong leadership in cross-functional collaboration, risk mitigation, and operational readiness. • Proficiency in BIM, digital twin technology, real-time commissioning dashboards, and AI-driven performance analytics.
