Job Responsibilities
• Attend department huddles to stay informed on daily priorities and team communication • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Starbucks beverages and products; prepare and serve specialty coffee and beverages. • Clean and maintain department and work area to ensure safety and sanitation regulations are met; maintain safety and food safety standards. • Deliver Starbucks Coffee House experience; provide customer service and ensure their needs are met. • Execute Starbucks promotional periods to drive sales and enhance guest experience.
