Print Production Specialist
• Saratoga Springs, NY • $17.39 - $21.56/hour • Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM • Onsite at Skidmore College About the Opportunity TEKsystems is partnering with a leading document and print services organization to hire a Print Production Specialist. This position supports a busy onsite print center located at Skidmore College and is perfect for individuals with digital print production experience who enjoy working directly with customers and delivering high-quality finished products. What You'll Do
• Operate digital production print equipment in a high-volume environment • Process, manage, and track print jobs using computer-based systems • Ensure accuracy and quality throughout the print production process • Perform print finishing activities and operate finishing equipment • Assist customers with print requests and provide exceptional service • Troubleshoot production issues and resolve printing challenges • Manage digital files, job setup, and production documentation • Meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Required
• High School Diploma or equivalent • Previous print shop or digital print production experience • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday Preferred
• Experience with Fiery Workstation • Experience operating print finishing equipment • Additional technical training or post-secondary education What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys a fast-paced production environment, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and is comfortable interacting with customers daily. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.39 - $21.56/hr.
