What Youll Do
• Develop and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle • Produce detailed and accurate models using Autodesk Revit • Perform clash detection and model reviews using Navisworks • Coordinate models across multiple disciplines • Work closely with engineers, architects, designers, and project teams to resolve design challenges • Support BIM standards, project documentation, and quality control • Identify opportunities to improve modeling accuracy, consistency, and efficiency • Contribute to technology-driven solutions that improve project delivery
What Were Looking For
• Hands-on Autodesk Revit experience • BIM modeling experience or a strong Revit-based design • Familiarity with Navisworks • Understanding of construction documents and design coordination • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Comfortable collaborating across multiple disciplines • Eager to continue learning and expanding technical capabilities • Interested in growing into BIM Coordination or advanced project support roles Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Gastonia, NC. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
