Job responsibility:
Country DTR Operations 1. Sufficient on board training & orientation to make new staffs get familiar with operation asap. 2. Provide refresh or enhancement training on system or other operational areas. 3. Immediately communication with operation before any new rules and regulations or new processes set in. 4. Perform super-user function on system implementation, query answer, troubleshooting. etc. 5. Proactively monitoring KPIs and drive improvement. 6. Identify enhancement need on operations and process.
Product Management 1. Assist Product Management to improve service quality. 2. Business reporting and analysis for product development. 3. Driving quality and standardization as Dept ISO coordinator.
Other departments 1. Closely work with FICO team to study financial related reports. 2. Closely work with BPO/ITS team on Rail freight system development or IT tools development. 3. Closely communicate with sales/KAM on the requirements from clients, to implement accordingly.
Job requirements: 1. Bachelor Degree & above 2. Fluent in English reading and writing 3. 5 years of relevant working experience preferably in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry 4. Excellent knowledge of different products like AFR/OFR and international trade 5. Excellent knowledge of DTR exp/imp operation process 6. Excellent knowledge of operation system like CW1. 7. Excellent knowledge of Data quality requirements & GSC operation 8. Excellent knowledge of operational KPIs 9. Good knowledge of First Choice and DMAIC 10.Good knowledge of project management 11. Basic knowledge of vendor management 12. Basic knowledge of operational accounting 13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill 14. Excellent training delivery and program development skill 15. Excellent trouble shooting skill 16. Good data analysis skill 17. Good MS (Excel/PPT/Word etc.) skill 18. Quick learner 19. Detail orientation 20. Creative thinking
