Baycal Limited is looking for a full-time Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. Responsible for generating new business and increasing course enrolments for our training academy; developing and executing marketing and sales campaigns targeting new and existing customers; analysing customer behaviour and market data to inform sales strategy; managing the sales cycle from enquiry to enrolment; upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
