Major DutiesPerforms a variety of clerical and administrative duties in support of the operationApplies knowledge of the organization, its functions and regulations to carry out a wide variety of administrative functions (e.g. personnel, accounting, budget,, purchasing, logistics and supply, transportation, security, etc.)Receives telephone calls and visitors, provides required information from own knowledge or office files or refers callers to appropriate person.Types various correspondence and reports. Tabulates statistical data into final format.Gathers data and documentation for special projects and prepares briefing support materials. Establishes, maintains or controls files and logs.
