QualificationsResumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: possess at least six (6) months of directly related work experience that includes the demonstrated ability to operate multiple fitness facilities. Major DutiesAssists the Facility Manager in daily operations, circulating among patrons to provide information, ensure satisfactory service, and give general instruction on the proper use of equipment and facilities.Manages facility readiness by adjusting for program changes, setting up for events and athletic activities, conducting classes, and performing or monitoring facility cleanliness.Handles equipment logistics, including issuing and receiving items for authorized users, assisting with property inventory, and monitoring equipment condition to track maintenance, repair, or replacement.Contributes to program promotion by assisting with the publicity of events and the marketing of posters, flyers, and other promotional materials.
