About this role
We are looking for a Tire Development Engineer Truck & Bus who will take responsibility for the development of commercial truck and bus tires from initial feasibility studies until start of production. In this role, you will lead product development projects ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, customer requirements, as well as targets for quality, cost, complexity and timing. You will translate market and customer needs into robust technical specifications and drive product validation, release, and documentation. You will work closely with R&D, Sales, Quality, and Manufacturing to align technical and production requirements.
