About this role
The PLT Plant 1 Curing Scrap Chaser will: Monitor all non conformities throughout the department and make adjustments as needed. Stay in communication with the Tire room of any non conforming materials that will need quarantined. Monitor and follow up with uniformity topics as needed and communicate back any adjustments that were performed. Monitor and Follow-up with Flash Audits and communicate back any adjustments that were performed. PLT Curing Scrap Chaser must be able to make mold and bladder changes, install recipes, build and tear down bladders, and maintain data input. PLT Curing Scrap Chaser must be able to make minor mechanical adjustments and emergency repairs, perform loader quick checks, squeeze audits, cure cycle audits, and cure temperature audits. PLT Curing Scrap Chaser will follow all plant policies, environmental policies and plant and departmental safety policies. Must be certified to operate a Fork Life through the Safety Department.
