Summary The Inside Sales Supervisor will lead a small team while overseeing daily operations, staff development, and the implementation of standard operating procedures. The position ensures workflow accuracy and policy compliance while directly managing high-value orders and complex problem-solving. Ultimately, it serves as a key communication link between staff and management to maintain efficient business functions.What You'll Do
• Set clear sales goals, monitor performance, provide feedback to the sales team, and to meet goals • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support • Improve internal processes by utilizing Salesforce for accurate data entry, improve efficiency, and sales reporting. • Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding new sales team members. • Manages daily team functions and checks for workflow errors and inconsistencies. • Identify areas for improvement in processes • Develops, implements and maintains standard operating procedures, practices and work instructions. • Researches and resolves order processing problems; may be personally responsible for receiving complex or high value orders, or orders from key customers or accounts. • Other duties may be assigned
What You Need
• High School Diploma or GED is required • 3- 5 years of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) experiencece is preferred • Expereince supervising or leading a team is a plus
