Job Description: Key Responsibilities
• Manage non-conformities and the related internal and external communications with customers and suppliers. • Conduct internal and external audits, including audits of customers, suppliers, and service providers. • Maintain quality records, including internal audits, the claims database, and external inspections. • Prepare for and participate in audits of the Grand Quevilly Metal Drum Division, including customer, certification, and approval audits. • Manage quality system documentation related to customers and suppliers. • Update the quality risk analysis. • Have the authority to ensure packaging compliance. • Comply with and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection requirements. • Act as the liaison between customer requests and the Group Regulatory Affairs Department in order to provide the required responses. • Participate in sales meetings.
Education and Experience
• Two-year post-secondary qualification, with at least five years of experience in a quality department within the industrial sector.
Knowledge and Skills
• Knowledge of quality management concepts, tools, and methods. • Knowledge of root-cause analysis and problem-solving tools and methods. • Knowledge of the regulations, standards, and best practices applicable to packaging, including the transport of dangerous goods, silicone prevention, and internal cleanliness. • Proficiency in ISO 9001. • Internal auditing skills. • Internal training skills. • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking. • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, persuade others, and transfer knowledge. • Good teaching and coaching skills, diplomacy, and strong listening abilities.

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is €36,700.00 - €62,500.00 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between45,000.00 to50,000.00 annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
