Job Summary 

Job summary: To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Purchasing Direct Supervisor located in Guadalajara, South Campus. This role involves overseeing activities related to the procurement of direct materials, parts, components and equipment, and direct/coordinates activities of personnel engaged in procurement. What a typical day looks like:
• Placing purchase orders. • Expediting materials. • Managing PO pushouts and cancellations. • Monitoring and reviewing purchasing KPIs. • Managing inventory. The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business or Engineering). • Mid-level experience in direct procurement. I • Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency. • Proficient in Outlook and the Microsoft Office Suite. • ERP experience (BAAN preferred). • Strong organizational skills. • Diligent follow-up. • Sense of responsibility. • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
