In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities
• Support application projects to ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance throughout the project lifecycle. • Design and implement automation scripts for CI/CD pipelines to optimize software delivery processes. • Configure, deploy, and maintain NGINX setups to ensure high availability and secure traffic routing. • Manage system capacity planning and implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting solutions. • Deploy, configure, and manage Enterprise Network as a Service (ENAAS) platforms. • Deploy and manage Logging as a Service (LaaS) solutions for centralized log aggregation and analysis. • Apply and govern Cloude Claude's Failure Prevention Governance standards across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Establish and manage centralized backup policies and disaster recovery procedures. Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. • Proven experience in a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or systems engineering role. • Hands-on experience in automation script design for CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Ansible. • Technical expertise in NGINX setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance. • Demonstrated experience in system capacity planning and monitoring management using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK. • Experience with ENAAS and LaaS management and deployment. • Familiarity with SDLC processes and the implementation of failure prevention governance, specifically Cloude Claude's Failure Prevention Governance. • Experience in centralizing backup policy management and executing recovery protocols. • Proficiency with cloud infrastructure and containerization technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
