Job Title: Digital Content Designer (DTC, Amazon & Online Retail) (Remote) Job Description Key Responsibilities Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Digital Design
• Design homepage hero banners, promotional graphics, and campaign creative that drive engagement and conversion. • Create and maintain landing pages within established website design systems. • Develop seasonal campaigns, product launch content, and promotional web experiences. • Produce product feature graphics, buying guides, comparison pages, and other conversion-focused website assets. • Optimize creative assets for desktop and mobile experiences, ensuring consistency across devices and platforms. Amazon & Online Retail Partner Content
Create digital assets for online retailer partners including:
• Create Amazon A+ Content • Design Amazon Brand Store pages • Produce enhanced product imagery • Create feature and benefit graphics • Develop lifestyle imagery compositions • Retail-specific product graphics • Seasonal campaigns
Digital Asset Production & Localization
• Adapt, resize, and version creative assets across multiple formats and channels. • Localize creative for EMEA markets while maintaining brand consistency. • Prepare web-optimised imagery. • Maintain organized asset libraries. • Work within existing design systems, templates, and brand guidelines. • Ensure consistency across all channels. Accessibility & Quality Assurance
• Apply accessibility best practices, including WCAG and ADA standards. • Ensure appropriate color contrast, readability, and inclusive design principles. • Create responsive layouts optimized for a variety of devices and screen sizes. • Proof and review artwork before publication. • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance. Essential Skills & Experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in digital and eCommerce design. • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. • Demonstrated experience creating conversion-focused digital content within a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) eCommerce environment. • Strong understanding of customer journeys, user behavior, and digital best practices. • Excellent typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy skills. • Experience working within design systems and brand guidelines. • Experience creating conversion-focused digital content for eCommerce platforms, marketplaces or online retailers • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards. • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English C1 level. • Experience with MS Office/Google Workspace. • Experience using Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms. Preferred Skills & Experience
• Experience creating Amazon A+ Content, Amazon Brand Store pages, and Amazon PDP imagery. • Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools. • Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS). • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices (WCAG/ADA). • Experience supporting international markets • Familiarity with AI-powered creative and productivity tools. • Experience with Adobe After Effects
