About this role
What will you do Take a leading role in building the frontend of our new data platform from scratch (0→1) , shaping how non-technical users interact with complex data workflows Own the frontend architecture and user experience of the platform, making pragmatic decisions that balance speed and long-term scalability Build and ship high-quality, production-ready features using React and TypeScript Rapidly prototype, iterate, and improve complex user flows for data onboarding and pipeline configuration Actively challenge product and design decisions , taking ownership of making the product intuitive and usable Define and evolve frontend patterns, component architecture, and state management approaches Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend to turn high-level problems into working solutions Drive code quality through hands-on development, code reviews, and pairing Spend a significant portion of your time writing production code and building core features yourself Guide and support other frontend engineers through hands-on collaboration and technical leadership
