About this role
We are hiring an experienced Estimation Engineer for reputed Oil & Gas Company in Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities Review RFQs, ITTs, tender documents, SOW, drawings, specifications, BOQs and client requirements. Prepare detailed cost estimates, quotations and commercial proposals. Perform quantity take-offs. Estimate manpower, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, subcontractors and logistics. Obtain and evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotations. Prepare resource and cost breakdowns. Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Operations and Projects. Identify inclusions, exclusions, clarifications and commercial risks. Maintain estimation sheets and historical rate/cost databases. Prepare BOQ pricing, rate analysis and bid comparison sheets. Additional Responsibilities Identify cost-impacting requirements from technical specifications. Support value engineering and cost optimization. Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits and clarification meetings. Prepare commercial clarifications and respond to tender/client pricing queries. Maintain confidentiality of pricing and commercial information. Ensure compliance with company procedures and commercial strategies.
