Position Responsibilities: Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation solutions across the software development lifecycle. • Build and enhance automated testing frameworks using modern tools and best practices. • Develop automation utilities, scripts, and internal tools that improve engineering productivity. • Create and maintain end-to-end, API, integration, and regression test automation suites. • Leverage AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code, to improve development efficiency and automation coverage. • Collaborate with engineering team to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization. • Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and workflows that provide visibility into quality and delivery metrics. • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation frameworks and deployment pipelines. • Promote automation-first and AI-first engineering practices across the organization.
Qualifications: Technical Skills • Strong experience with ReactJS and TypeScript. • Hands-on experience developing automated tests using Playwright. • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or similar coding assistants. • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript programming skills. • Experience developing and maintaining test automation frameworks. • Understanding of modern software development practices including: • Git • CI/CD pipelines • Agile/Scrum methodologies • Automated quality assurance
Professional Skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Passion for automation, innovation, and continuous improvement. Nice to Have While not required, experience in any of the following areas would be a plus: • .NET / C# • GraphQL • Cosmos DB or other NoSQL databases • Azure cloud services
