Technical Sales Personnel
Job Description: Job purpose:
• Establish commercial strategies for clients.• Develop new services and products. • Establish commercial strategies for clients.• Develop new services and products. • Technical advice to clients/Formulation. • The work will be in Layers and additives. • Development of keys accounts, mainly in Layer farming. • Supported work with poultry farming teams. • Coordination of these technical teams. • International development in the group. • Action at national level. • Management and availability of all company tools. • The position offers short-term professional development to higher level management positions.
Main responsibilities: • To develop the Layers area in Spain • To lead negotiations in the Animal Nutrition field: premix, additives, enzymes and biosecurity. • To promote Services. • To keep and to follow up the current client portfolio as well as to increase new customers. Qualification and experience: • Compulsory:
• High Degree in technical issues on a priority-basis: Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineer. • 15 years of minimum sale demonstrated professional experience in the monogastric area in the Spanish market, especially in Layers. • To be knowledgeable in nutrition, pathology and management areas. • It will be considered as an extra the following fields of experience: • Premix and additives entreprises. • Pharmacological entreprises. • Genetic enterprises. • Production enterprises. • Slaughterhouse and transformer companies, if a relationship with decision maker of the market existed.
