Required skills and qualifications - Risk expertise: enterprise, operational, third-party, and compliance risk management. - Analytical skills: risk modeling, scenario analysis, and data-driven decision support. - Governance: policy development, control testing, and audit readiness. - Communication: clear reporting to executives and cross-functional collaboration. - Tools: risk registers, GRC platforms, and spreadsheet/data visualization tools. - Education/certifications: relevant degree; certifications such as CRISC, CISM, CIA, or FRM preferred.
