Then read on! As an Account Manager, you are responsible for managing and developing assigned client accounts in alignment with the account plan. You act as a trusted partner to clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery. You proactively identify opportunities to strengthen relationships, increase market share, and drive business growth. Your tasks include: - Working based on the account plan, ensuring consistent follow-up and structured growth. - Monitoring and evaluating client-related KPIs. - Conducting client evaluations to understand their needs and potential for growth. - Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. - Keeping accurate records of all client interactions in Mysolution, such as emails, calls, client visits, and contracts. - Increasing market share and profitability within the existing client portfolio. - Sharing relevant market insights and innovations with clients. - Working closely with internal Charlie works teams to align client needs and service delivery. - Negotiating pricing agreements with existing clients. - Proactively re-engaging former customers to increase satisfaction and revenue.
