For Pastoe Foodbar and Bar & Bistro Op Zuid in Utrecht, we're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie who loves good food, busy services and being part of a strong team. You know your section, keep your cool when the kitchen gets busy and care about every plate that leaves the pass. But just as important: you're a team player, bring positive energy and want to keep learning. What you'l l do: - Run your own section during service - Prepare and cook fresh dishes with attention to quality and presentation - Work closely with the rest of the kitchen team - Keep your mise en place organised and your section sharp - Help maintain our standards for quality, hygiene and consistency - Bring ideas, energy and a good attitude to the kitchen What we'er looking for: You have kitchen experience and know how to handle a busy service. You're reliable, organised and enjoy working as part of a team. Most importantly, you love cooking and take pride in what you put on the plate. What's in it for you?
