Direct solliciteren Neem contact op Automatisch verbeterd voor betere leesbaarheid Role purpose: Provide financial planning, performance analysis, and decision support to improve business results, ensure cost control, and strengthen management reporting. - Own monthly management reporting, KPI tracking, and variance analysis versus budget/forecast. - Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles; challenge assumptions and align plans with business strategy. - Partner with business leaders to evaluate profitability, pricing, investments, and operational efficiency. - Maintain cost control processes, identify savings opportunities, and monitor financial risks. - Develop financial models and business cases; support capital expenditure and project governance. - Ensure data quality across finance systems; improve reporting automation and dashboarding. - Support compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements. Required skills and qualifications - Strong financial controlling, FP&A, and management accounting expertise. - Advanced Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI tools and ERP systems. - Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations. - Stakeholder management skills; confident partnering with non-finance teams. - High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ownership of deliverables. - Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar; professional certification is a plus.
