About the job In this varied role, you shape clients' online recruitment presence and advise them on their marketing choices. You move confidently between creation, strategy, optimisation and direct client contact. - You build and optimise career websites in our own CMS. - You translate employer branding into user-friendly, visually appealing and conversion-focused designs. - You advise clients on content, campaigns, marketing strategies and budget allocation. - You communicate proactively with clients by email, phone and on-site. - You analyse and optimise campaigns to increase applications and improve visibility. - You contribute ideas for innovations in our software and marketing tools.
