Job Coordinator Job Coordinator | Fulltime Within the global energy sector, Actuator Technology Company (ATC) is an innovative and dynamic company that designs and manufactures pneumatic and hydraulic actuators for valve control. Responsibilities - Project execution: You are responsible for executing projects within the agreements made with the client. - Project support: You support the projects department with Project Assistant tasks where necessary. Tasks & Duties - Leading projects: You lead projects from order to delivery. You will be supported by a Project Engineer for the technical aspects (such as setting up project requirements and checking drawings). - Project meetings: You host and chair both internal and external project meetings. - Scope management: You monitor the project scope and coordinate any additional or reduced work. - Contract monitoring: You closely monitor contract compliance. - Progress control: You monitor and steer the progress of the project through coordination with other departments. - Documentation: You take care of all contractual documents and procedures (with the support of the Project Engineer). - Client contact: You maintain intensive contact with clients regarding all matters related to the project. - Financial management: You ensure correct financial project administration. - Project administration: You keep project administration and reports up to date. - General duties: You perform all common tasks and assignments that can reasonably be expected.
