VACATURE | 5 OKTOBER 2026 Yang Ming (Netherlands) - Employee Operations Department Yang Ming (Netherlands) BV is located in the Waalhaven in Rotterdam and is a subsidiary of Yang Ming Marine Transport Corp. in Taiwan. To support our Operations Department we are looking for an enthusiastic fulltime Employee Import and Export Operations. JOB ACTIVITIES: - Creation and operational follow-up of the loading lists and handling of loading differences - Coordinating and solving operational and customs technical matters - Handling of VGM's - Coordinating and handling of full container damage - Collect manifest data from our agents - Declaring the manifests to customs via Portbase - Send unloading lists to the terminals - Booking transshipment containers with feeder operators and internally on own feeder services - Drafting customs documents and reporting veterinary cargo via Portbase - Handling loading and unloading lists of our feeder ships - Allocation control of feeder services JOB REQUIREMENTS: You have completed MBO education or Cargadoor I / II training. You have a good knowledge of the English language and knowledge of the Dutch and German language is a plus.
