As a Receptionist / Hostess, you are the welcoming face and first point of contact at our Headquarters in The Hague. You play an important role in creating a warm, professional, and inviting atmosphere for everyone who visits Charlie works. Whether you are welcoming clients, assisting temporary workers, or receiving other visitors, you make sure everyone feels comfortable, valued, and well taken care of from the moment they walk through our doors. You are also responsible for handling incoming phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments, and ensuring that daily reception activities run smoothly. In addition, you manage incoming mail, parcels, and deliveries, making sure everything reaches the right person or department. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, has a natural sense of hospitality, and combines a friendly personality with a professional and organized approach. This is a full-time position based at our Headquarters in The Hague.
