As an HR Flex Consultant, you play an important role in managing and reducing absenteeism, coordinating reintegration processes, and minimizing periods of unemployment between assignments for our temporary workers. You take ownership of individual cases, ensuring that employees receive appropriate guidance while company policies, legal obligations, and established procedures are consistently followed. You actively monitor progress, identify opportunities to reduce absence-related costs, and take timely action to facilitate a successful and sustainable return to work. You are also responsible for managing temporary workers who are currently without an assignment, actively working towards placing them in suitable employment as quickly as possible. This is a full-time position based at our Headquarters in The Hague.
