As a Recruiter at Charlie works, you play an essential role in finding, selecting, and placing motivated temporary workers with our clients. You are responsible for managing the recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates and conducting interviews to matching workers with suitable job opportunities. You understand that successful recruitment requires more than simply filling vacancies. You actively build candidate pipelines, maintain strong communication with applicants, and work closely with operational teams to ensure that the right people are available at the right time. You are proactive, creative, and determined to achieve results. When recruitment becomes challenging, you do not wait for solutions to appear. You actively explore alternative sourcing channels, approach potential candidates, and take the necessary steps to achieve staffing targets. You combine a people-oriented approach with a strong commercial and operational mindset, understanding the importance of recruitment quality, speed, efficiency, and the overall interests of Charlie works.
