Core responsibilities - Support the implementation and maintenance of HRM risk management and compliance frameworks. - Monitor adherence to policies, standards, and relevant laws/regulations; help prepare audits and evidence packs. - Maintain process documentation (process maps, work instructions, controls) and ensure version control. - Assist with risk assessments, control testing, and follow-up on mitigation actions. - Coordinate incident, issue, and non-compliance reporting; support root-cause analysis and corrective actions. - Track KPIs, produce management reports, and maintain dashboards for compliance and process performance. - Support continuous improvement initiatives across HRM processes, including stakeholder communication and training support.
