As an In-House Manager at Jelle, you're responsible for day-to-day collaboration with some of our largest existing clients. You're regularly on-site and ensure that you're well-informed about what's happening within the organization and on the work floor. You serve as the link between the client, our temporary staff, recruitment, and Jelle. You maintain contact with managers, HR, and other points of contact within the client's organization, while also serving as a visible point of contact for our temporary staff. You'll manage day-to-day operations while also looking ahead. You'll monitor staffing levels, new hires, departures, and future staffing needs, and identify in a timely manner where action is needed. In addition, you'll take a business-oriented approach to existing partnerships and opportunities to further expand our services.
