DEMI Container Services bv : Boonsweg 21, 3274 LH Heinenoord, Netherlands As Accounting and Administration Manager at DEMI Container Services bv you are part of an internationally respected business, active in the maintenance and service of all types of tankcontainers and trailers. In this function you are responsible for the full cycle of accounting and reporting and general administrative tasks for DEMI companies. You will report directly to the General Manager on site and the Head of Business Unit Tank Containers Finance Department. • Accountable for full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable functions • Ensure the bookkeeping for 2 companies • Maintain cashbooks and bank reconciliations, prepare/approve payment vouchers and bankpayment instructions according to Streem Group policies • Monitor debtors including alerts to management and prepare cash flow forecast • Participate in periodic stock takes • Prepare and review monthly management accounts of 2 entities and consolidated accounts for reporting to the Business Unit • Prepare the monthly Business reports including explanations of devi...
